SchoolTime Transportation Reimbursement Submission

Thank you for attending a SchoolTime performance!

To receive your transportation reimbursement, please select the performance you attended and complete the subsequent form.

To receive reimbursement, a copy of the school's paid transportation invoice should be submitted to the portal below by the following dates:

• Performances in October-November: Due December 13, 2024
• Performances in December-February: Due April 12, 2025
• Performances in March-April: Due Mary 23, 2025

The documentation submitted must include the number of buses used on the day of the performance and the price per bus. Subsidies will be remitted within 30 days of the invoice receipt due dates above.

*If a school has an outstanding SchoolTime ticket balance, transportation reimbursements will not be processed until ticket invoices are paid in full.

If your school was not able to submit for reimbursement by due date, but now has the required documentation, please use the link below to submit. Reimbursmements for past due sumbissions will be processed and mailed over the summer.

NO SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER JULY 5, 2024.
