Cincinnati Music Hall
Music Hall is one of Cincinnati's most iconic buildings, and a National Historic Landmark. It's also said to be haunted! Many of the stories about Music Hall have deep historical roots, beginning in the Cincinnati of the 1800's, and the graveyards formerly located on and around the site. For those who are fascinated by the history and paranormal potential of this unique venue, special after-hours tours have been scheduled. Hosted by a local group dedicated to investigating, documenting, and researching such claims (Cincinnati Research & Paranormal Studies), the Guided Ghost Tours will show you a side of Music Hall not often seen by patrons attending performances.
These Tours include:• A less in-depth experience than the Paranormal Investigation, the Guided Tours will focus on the paranormal past and present that has been discovered at Music Hall.
• Scheduled to last approximately two hours
• Maximum number of 40 participants each tour
• History of Music Hall's founding and evolution
• Stories about the various experiences of visitors and staff, past and present
• Participants are encouraged to bring their own detection equipment (although none is required)
• Visits to various areas within Music Hall, including the auditorium, ballroom, Corbett Tower, and backstage
• CR&PS will post all findings on their website at www.cincyghosthunters.com, where participants can find additional information about these Music Hall investigations as well as prior investigations
Under 18 must be accompanied by Parent or Guardian

Springer Auditorium
Music Hall stands majestically at the corner of 14th and Elm Streets in Cincinnati's historic Over-the-Rhine -- just a short walk from the city's center. Dedicated at the time of the fourth May Festival in 1878, Music Hall has endured famously over the years as a testament to those who conceived it and to those who continue to contribute to its grandeur. This Cincinnati showpiece was built with private money raised from what is believed to be the nation's first matching grant fund drive and has been renovated and updated on numerous occasions. Music Hall's Springer Auditorium is world renowned for its extraordinary acoustics and is judged to be among the best and most beautiful concert theaters in the world. In January 1975, Music Hall was recognized as a National Historic Landmark by the U.S. Department of the Interior.
