Technical Needs

• Artist Arrival: 30 minutes prior to presentation
• Organization representative should meet the artist and show her to the presentation area.
• The artist would like an organization representative to introduce her.
• There is an optional Question and Answer session following the presentation. It is included in the run time.
• Equipment needed by artist: one microphone for talking
• Classroom or large gathering space is suitable for this presentation. Minimum amount of space needed for presentation: 8’ x 8’
• Please provide drinking water for the artist.
