The Eden Project

Diversity in Muisc

Diversity in Music takes audiences on a musical journey as it explores classical, jazz, and folk (including African American, Jewish, and Chinese) idioms. The music represents the diversity of the members of The Eden Project. Each member demonstrates their instrument and then introduces a style of music.
Recommended Ages: Grades 4-Adult
Maximum Audience: No limit
Length: 45 minutes
Cost: $500 first session/$400 each additional
Limit No. Sessions: 2


Technical Needs

  • Artist Arrival: 30 minutes prior to presentation
  • Organization representative should meet the artists and show them to the presentation area.
  • The artists would like an organization representative to introduce them.
  • There is a Question and Answer session following the presentation. It lasts approximately 15 minutes.
  • Equipment needed by artist(s):
    • One microphone
    • at least 4 music stands
    • 4 chairs
  • Classroom or large gathering space is suitable for this presentation. Minimum amount of space needed for presentation: 10' x 10'
  • Please provide drinking water for the artist.
