Arctic Express

All Aboard! This holiday season treat your students to a program that is trainloads of fun. Join Conductor David as he takes your students on a "magical" train ride around the world to learn about different holiday celebrations like Diwali, Kwanzaa, Winter Solstice, Ramadan, Hannukah, and of course, Christmas! Using magic tricks, puppets, stories, and music, students are introduced to how people of different cultures celebrate during the winter season.

Recommended Ages: Grades K-6
Maximum Audience: 400
Length: 45 minutes
Cost: $550 half day (1-2 sessions),
$850 full day (3-4 sessions)

Technical Needs

  • Artist Arrival: one hour prior to presentation
  • Organization representative should meet the artist and show him to the presentation area.
  • The artist would like an organization representative to introduce him.
  • One man (or 2 big boys) requested to assist artist with unloading equipment.
  • Equipment needed by artists: electrical outlets
  • Large gathering space is suitable for this presentation. Minimum amount of space needed for presentation: 8' deep x 16' wide. Elevation is preferred, or tiered seating.
